There are still some Saturdays available and I will happily extend the summer special. All of our food is cooked fresh, never frozen. All of our staff has been with us at least 5 years, I have top notch staffvery professional, really great at what they do.

As far as equipment used: I always maintain and update our equipment. I use pretty spandex for buffet displays, as well as colored linens for multi leveled buffets. Miami catering taken to a whole new level!  !  ! Miami catering !

We often atend hospitality trade shows, love getting a feel for what is new and trendy!!! I have the latest in appetizer and buffet displays: many assorted small pieces and various colors ( just like the pic above). We never upcharge for a prettier design, it is all part of our packages.
